My Culinary Resume and Interest

Personal Chef, Cuisine at its Best
Since 2006 I have cooked for birthday parties, graduations, small church groups, spa parties and movie nights.  I have a deep interest in learning about the full life cycle of eating: from seed to plate.  I have a share in Potomac Vegetable Farms, a community supported agriculture farm.  Last summer I taught myself how to preserve and can pickles, apple sauce, peach sauce and other local produce.  This year I plan on building a square foot vegetable and herb garden.  Feeding people is my passion.
