Salmon Burgers

















Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1-14.75 oz cans Wild Alaskan Salmon, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 slices Ezeikiel Sesame Sprouted Grain Bread
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 rounded Tbsp course grain dijon mustard
  • to tastes black pepper
  • do not add salt (canned Salmon is already salty)
  • 1/4 c cocount flour
  • 6 Tbsp olive or coconut oil
Cooking Directions
  1. In the food brocessor grind up the bread and garlic cloves into crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl mix bread crumb garlic mixture with the eggs, mustard, black pepper and cocount flour.
  3. Heat a skillet or large fry pan with 3 tablespoons coconut or olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Form salmon mixture into 8 patties. Fry in two batches of 4 patties, approximately 4 minutes per side or until nicely browned. You will need to add 3 more tablespoons of oil for the second batch.
  5. Enjoy wrapped in leafy lettuce instead of buns with a side of thin cut roasted potatoes.
