Ingredients
- 1 C canned beans (pinto or black)
- 1/4 C bean liquid
- 1/2 C cooked brown rice
- 1/2 C raw oats, processed into medium grind flour
- 1/3 C onions, sauted for 5 minutes
- 1 T ketchup
- 2 T molasses
- 1 T honey
- 10 dashes liquid smoke
- 1/2 C sweet potato, cooked then mashed
- {combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- {divide into 4 equal patties
- {cook on griddle or frying pan on medium heat, about 4 minutes per side
